Deja Vu on EBAY ....(2010-10-08)
Last night I received an email informing me that my Kids Wooden Playset Project was available for purchase on EBAY.
Go here
Kids Wooden Playset Plans Page
to see the original source on my website.
The Plagiarist:
Name: chrissy4blue2010
Location: Corydon, IN
Website: Kids Wooden Playset auction page on EBAY
It turns out that there were actually 2 different auctions running on ebay with my Kids Wooden Playset plans for sale.
I used the "Ask a Question" feature on both auction pages to notify the seller that I wanted the plans removed from the site. Here is a snip of my copy of the email that she received thru EBAY:

How did the sender of the email and I know that the plans were mine? By the picture that the seller posted on the auction page:

Imagine that, she stole my content, plans to sell it on EBAY and then tells potential buyers they can't alter the plan (that she didn't create) in any way!
Well at least the seller liked my plans, notice the "Easy to follow" and "detailed with pictures"!
In addition to notifying the seller I notified EBAY thru their Contact Us System.
The next morning one auction had been removed, and the second lists the auction as having ended with 0 bids.
I have not received a reply from the seller yet.
I have also saved chrissy4blue2010 as a "Favorite Seller" so I can monitor her future auctions.
