I have once again found content from my web site posted on another web page.
According to Whois info this person is located in Emeryville, CA.
According to info on the web site they might be in Tampa, FL.

This individual has visited my site; he liked what he saw and so he took some of it with him.
He has been contacted to remove my content from his web pages.
Follow up ....(2007-09-24)    I received an email from a 'representative' ...
"Actions have already been taken to remove all pages from our entire web
site. The owner will now be personally overseeing ..."
A visit to the web site showed a blank page with the words "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" across the top.
